10 Facts about Expectations

Here are some facts about expectations that I have learned in the journey of my life yet:

1. Expectation is a powerful tool when used properly. You expect good things to happen, and when they actually happen, you feel immense joy and your faith increases in the goodness of life.

2. When your expectations are not realized, you get to re-evaluate your beliefs and also your patience increases.

3. Having expectations from yourself makes you do things that you thought were impossible. You overcome your self imposed limits and explore your untapped potential.

4. When you expect something from others, you get to know the other person well and also realise the depth of your relationship with that person.

5. Your expectations are met when you truly believe in them.

6. The outcome of your expectations is directly proportional to the input you had given. The input might be in form of your efforts, beliefs, faith, or the like.

7. Expectations are met when you stop getting anxious about it and you remain in the state of joy.

8. People are just means to meet your expectations, it's your higher self that actually makes you meet your expectations.

9. You get to see the results that you desire when you vividly imagine the results beforehand.

10. A golden rule - When all your efforts seem to fail, simply surrender but keep your faith. Sleep with a positive mindset and wake up with no thoughts about the thing that you expect. To your surprise, you get the thing you desire unexpectedly. To sum up this rule "YOU GET THE MOST WHEN YOU EXPECT THE LEAST"
